2026 Summer Season

Registration for our summer season will open on April 10th. 

Practices for our summer season will start the 27 of April and continue through July.

• Practices will be held at the SDHS pool.
• Typical practice times will be Gold: Monday-Friday 6:00-8:00, Silver: Mon-Fri 6:00-7:30, Bronze: Mon-Thur 6:45-7:45, and Little Dragons: Mon, Tues, Thur 6:00-6:45 (practice groups depend on skill level.) As always check the practice calendar daily! Click on the SDS Calendar tab to see practice times.
• Team fees are listed under the join SDS tab>membership dues
