There is alot of important information about this weekends swim meet that I wanted to share with all of you attending.

The meet will be located at the Donner Aquatic Center 22nd & Sycamore St. Columbus, IN 47201

Our team will not be attending the Friday night session. If you have any question about what day/days your child is swimming feel free to ask.

Warm up times

Saturday and Sunday AM (13 &14, 15 & over) check in starts at 7:05 at table A warm up starts at 7:20 am

Saturday and Sunday PM (11-12, 10 & under) check in starts at 12:15 at table A and warm up starts at 12:30

Timers

Our team will need to provide 1 timer for 1 session for the meet. If you are interested in timing please let me know. If you sign up to time 1 session you will recieve free spectator admission for the entire weekend.

Spectator Tickets

You must buy spectator tickets for the watch-and-go spectator area in the stands to watch your swimmer swim. The tickets are on sale now at donnerswimclub.simpletix.com   You may only purchase two tickets per family.

Masks

Masks are encouraged, however not required.

Remind group

There is a remind group for meet updates and announcement information. They will announce 1st call, 2nd call, ect...for each event via remind. You can sign up for the updates in the remind app under class code: @gc4cg6.

Camping

We will be able to set up a team area outside the pool area to wait between events.

Heat sheets

There will not be any paper heat sheets. Heat sheets will only be available at no charge on the meet mobile app.

*Swimmers are encouraged to show up in their swim suits as only 10 people are allowed in the locker rooms at one time.
