Here are the warm up times for the East Central meet this weekend. This meet will be held at East Central High School.

Friday night (relays and OPEN events) Warm up at 5:00pm

Saturday AM session ( 8 and under and 13 and over swimmers) warm up 7:00 am

Saturday PM session (9&10 and 11&12 swimmers) warm up 12:00 pm

Please arrive AT LEAST 15 min prior to your warm up time
