Welcome to our 2025-2026 Fall/Winter season! As our season is well under way I wanted to send out a quick email to answer some questions that you may have.

• We are currently processing all registrations. If you still owe for membership dues you will receive your first bill by email shortly. Please direct any billing questions to me at [email protected]
• For all new swimmers, USA memberships will be purchased through a USA swimming link. You will soon be getting a link sent to you via email to sign up and purchase the required USA card. This is a fairly new procedure and we are all still learning. If you have any questions about this reach out to me as well and I will do my best.
• If you are a returning swimmer I will renew your swimmers USA card. Please let me know which card you want asap. (ex: Full card, Flex card, outreach)
• Also, if you are new to our team this season we must have a copy of your birth certificate on file. I will need a copy of your swimmers birth certificate asap. If I am not at practice feel free to give it to your coach and they can get it to me.
• All of our meet sign ups are done through our website. seadragons.swimtopia.com Go to team tab>Events>scroll down to the meet and click on the green meet entry box to the right. If you need help with signing your swimmer up for events feel free to ask myself or Coach Cari at practice.
• Meet entry will soon be open for our first home meet, Fall Splash. It is a lot of work to host a home meet, therefore we will need assistance from all parents to make the meet a successful one! There will be more info sent our about Fall Splash shortly.
• We do all of our communication via email. Please check your email on a regular basis so you don't miss any important info. We also send out remind messages for last minute practice changes, swim meet deadlines, ect. We can no longer use the text option with remind. You must now download the free remind app and join the class code @sdsswim to recieve these messages.
• Please check the practice calendar on our website daily!
