Welcome to the Sea Dragons!

Parents and Swimmers,

Welcome to our 2026 summer season! As our season is now well under way, I wanted to send out a quick email to answer some of the questions you may have.

  • We are currently processing all registrations. If you still owe for membership dues you will receive your first bill by email shortly. Please direct and billing questions to me at [email protected].
  • I will be sending out an email with a link to purchase the USA swim card in the next couple of weeks. This card must be purchased through the USA swimming website. If you have already purchased a USA card last season you will NOT need to purchase another one. That one should be good until 12/31/2026.
  • If you are new to our team this season we must have a copy of your birth certificate on file. I will need a copy of your swimmers birth certificate asap. If I am not at practice feel free to give it to your coach and they can get it to me.
  • All of our meet sign ups are done through our website, www.seadragons.swimtopia.com Go to the team tab>Events>scroll down to the meet and click on the green meet entry box on the right. We will be participating in two types of meets this season, USA meets (for more experienced swimmers) and SEISA meets (for all new and experienced swimmers). These are all labeled on the Team Events page. For USA meets you can choose your swimmers events, but for the SEISA meets you will just click attending or not attending and the coaches will pick the events. If you need help with the meet sign up process feel free to ask myself, Amy Ashcraft, or Jennifer Mossburger and we will assist you.
  • Our 1st USA meet of the Season, the Jaime Miller Invite is open and entries are due no later than Sunday May 17. Please declare attendance on our website by that date.
  • Since the SEISA league meets generate points for our team we need participation from ALL of our swimmers. I encourage everyone to sign up for these!
  • Our team will be hosting 3 SEISA league meets this season, June 3rd, 10th, and the 24th at the Aurora City Pool. It is a lot of work to host a home meet, therefore we will need assistance from all parents to make the meets successful! There will be job sign up next to the meet entry box. I will need ALL parents to help time at the meets so please sign up! If you do not know how to time, it is easy we will teach you.
  • We do all of our communication via email. Please check your email on a regular basis so you don't miss any important info. We also send out remind messages for last minute practice changes, swim meet deadlines, ect. If you want to receive these messages please add the free remind app and join the class with the class code @sdsswim.
  • Last but not least, please check the practice calendar on our website daily!

We look forward to a great summer season!
